Our terms and conditions for driving lessons
Lesson Bookings
All driving lessons must be booked in advance. We require a minimum booking of 2 hours per lesson. Lessons are subject to availability and will be confirmed once payment is received.
Payment Terms
- Individual lessons are charged at £40 per hour
- 10-hour packages are available for £380 (must be paid in full at booking)
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or card
- Package hours must be used within 6 months of purchase
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full lesson rate. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
- Bring your provisional driving licence to every lesson
- Follow all instructions given by your instructor
- Behave respectfully and professionally at all times
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive
Pick-Up Service
We offer convenient pick-ups for out-of-town learners arriving by bus or train in the Ipswich area. Please arrange pick-up details at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up times are subject to lesson availability and scheduling.
Insurance and Liability
All lessons are conducted in a fully insured vehicle. Our insurance covers you during instruction time. However, students are responsible for any damage caused by reckless or negligent behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate lessons if safety is compromised.
Test Preparation
While we strive to prepare all students thoroughly for their driving test, we cannot guarantee test results. Your instructor will advise when you are ready to take your test based on your progress and skill level. Test booking and DVSA fees are the responsibility of the student.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing students. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
